Y601 live-line liquid insulation armor is an innovative material product developed for the insulation and rapid repair of distribution lines without power interruption.
This material is widely applicable to various substrates, featuring a single-coat thick film formation, excellent wear resistance and puncture resistance (armor characteristics), and high adhesion. It also offers superior insulation and waterproofing, top-grade flame retardancy, and corrosion resistance, providing continuous insulation, waterproofing, and enhanced anti-corrosion protection for conductor fittings, cable sheaths, metal crossarms, etc., even under harsh corrosive conditions.
High Solid Content: Requires only a small amount of anhydrous ethanol as a diluent, making it safe and environmentally friendly.
Excellent Film Formation: A single coat can achieve a thickness of 500 µm, meeting performance requirements with one spray application.
Superior Wear Resistance: Shore hardness of 78, with an average annual wear loss of only 0.012%.
Excellent Water Resistance: Maintains performance in long-term high humidity or submerged conditions.
Good Adhesion: Effectively adheres to external surfaces of equipment, preventing peeling or detachment.
Superior Flame Retardancy: Flame retardancy rating UL94 V-0.
