Y1020 gel material utilizes a two-component room temperature curing technology. Its special formulation not only provides high-performance insulation and anti-corrosion properties but also achieves "zero" solvent content, ensuring construction safety and personnel health. It further offers excellent flame retardancy and arc resistance to prevent the spread of flames and arcs.
After application, the gel coating forms an "integral shell" around the protected components. Even when exposed to high humidity environments, it can resist moisture penetration into insulating components, metal joints, or cable connections, effectively preventing electrical faults or corrosion risks.
